Who does the work

Theodor has been a Technical BA for ten years: inside banks, a UN climate programme, a capital-markets group and a music-rights system migration.

He was Lead BA and proxy product owner at Raiffeisen Bank Romania, proxy product owner on the UNFCCC's Article 6 carbon-accounting portal through NTT DATA, and ran the technical interviews Raiffeisen used to hire its own Technical BAs.

He works with a bench of senior associates he has delivered alongside: analysts, product owners, Scrum Masters, engineers and QA. You meet the person who would do the work before anything is signed.

  1. One named person

    The person you meet is the person who does the work. No rotation.

  2. Your documents

    Specs, backlog and decisions are yours. Nothing stays with us when we leave.

  3. Published terms

    Rates and terms are on this site, so procurement can read them before the first call.

  4. A straight no

    If we're the wrong supplier, you hear it on the first call, not in a proposal.
