- One embedded specialist. One named person in one role, in your tools and ceremonies, invoiced on days worked.
- Two roles, one backlog. An analyst plus a product owner or a Scrum Master on the same backlog, quoted as one monthly retainer.
- Requirements audit. A fixed-scope assessment of where your requirements process loses time, what to fix and in what order.
Commercial terms

Ending an engagement
Either side can end it with two weeks' notice in writing. Work produced up to the last day is yours once its invoice is paid, and the handover happens in your tools.
