The requirement
A customer can send money to a saved payee.
What if the payee was deleted on another device?
Acceptance criterion: The transfer is rejected with “This payee no longer exists”, and nothing is debited.
What if the bank's API times out?
Acceptance criterion: After 10 seconds the transfer shows as pending. It is never sent twice, and the customer is told when it settles.
What if the amount is zero or negative?
Acceptance criterion: The form will not submit, and says why next to the amount.
